Capabilities Overview

We accomodate a full range of production requirements with mold machine capacity than can provide from 85 to 700 -ton clamp force. We can operate in a 24/7 schedule to meet customer demands.
Our staff is composed of personnel with years of experience in the set up, repair and service of injection molds. During all phases of a project we maintain close communication with the customer in order to improve product quality and reduce total project cost.
 

Depending on the project secondary operations are available at customer request. We also have a mold maintenance area that is set up to clean, disassemble and troubleshoot every mold that is run. When work is done they are tagged, dated and place in a mold rack for future use. A complete preventive maintenance schedule is followed each month to keep machine in perfect conditions.
